As any pet owner will know animals have the ability to make us feel better, they help reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate and help bring us into the present moment.
Horses are beautiful, sensitive, and strong animals. People are often attracted to them because of their size and beauty. They can evoke strong feelings and responses, unconscious feelings and needs can often arise that are then available for processing. They can also provide an emotional and sensory environment for clients that is conductive of calmness and the development of trust.
So whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression or any other mental or physical disability, you may find some of the activities we offer a great way to help you to achieve your goals.
We work with each client on an individual basis to help direct them towards the most suitable service we provide to allow them to achieve their individual goals. So if you are not sure what you want to or could do, please contact us and our helpful and friendly staff can talk through your needs and help direct you to the most appropriate services.

We work with a number of privately funded as well as NDIS funded clients.
Please note if you are wanting to use your NODS funding for our service, we are not an accredited NDIS centre, therefor can only work with clients that are self or plan managed.
We are happy to invoice plan managers directly and our services can come under a number of different categories in core or capacity building. We would need to review your individual goals and plan to help you identify if our services can be covered.
New NDIS Guidelines
Our services can still be covered under the new guidelines, however it does depend upon your plan and goals. Please note you are not paying for horse riding, you are paying for the practitioner assisting you and their skills. It is just that they choose to deliver this via horse assisted programs.
